Where do your vehicles come from?
Majority of our vehicles come from the auction. Most vehicles are off-lease vehicles sold directly by manufacturers at the auction house.
What types of post sale benefits do you offer?
Each vehicle we sell comes with a standard 90 days/3,000 mile powertrain warranty. Each of our vehicles also comes with our CarNation Promise™
Do I need to get the vehicle inspected after purchasing?
All of our vehicles come MD State Inspected and any necessary repairs completed prior to delivery. You drive off in a vehicle that is certified by a licensed MD State Inspector for safety.
Do all of your vehicles come with 2 sets of keys and user manuals?
Unfortunately, not all vehicles obtained at auction houses come with both sets of keys or original user manuals. We do offer our key services to our customer at our cost.
Can we service our vehicles at CarNation?
We are a full service dealership with a complete service center for MD Inspections, Wheel Alignments, and complete auto care needs. For customer that purchase a vehicle from CarNation, we offer discounted labor for all repairs even for vehicles not purchased at CarNation.
